本文主要讲述微型表面波探头的构造,按透声楔、压电陶瓷和吸收胶三个主要方面,通过试验研究,从中提出最佳设计方案和选择要素。同时提出探头和超声波探伤仪配接后所具有的特性。
This article mainly describes the structure of the micro-surface-wave probe.
