目的 研究脂质体、乳剂图像的形态参数的自动测量与定量分析。方法 在研究脂质体、乳剂形态特征的基础上应用数学形态学的多种逻辑算法、灰度 梯度共生矩阵法和灰度图像增强法建立了脂质体图像的参数抽取方法和算法及相应的自动分析软件。结果 此法可抑制图像中的噪声和干扰 ,提高图像清晰度 ,建立了脂质体图像的参数抽取自动测量与定量分析方法 ,并应用于多糖多相脂质体 (bipolysaccharideliposome)等样品的分析。 结论 此方法能显著提高脂质体图像形态定量分析的速度和精度。
Objective To study the automatic measurement and quantitative analysis of morphological parameters of liposomes and emulsions. Methods Based on the morphological characteristics of liposomes and emulsions, a mathematical morphological logic algorithm, grayscale gradient co-occurrence matrix method and grayscale image enhancement method were used to establish the parameters extraction method and algorithm for liposome images and the corresponding Automatic analysis software. Results This method can suppress the noise and interference in the image and improve the image sharpness. The method of automatic measurement and quantitative analysis of the parameters of liposome image is established and applied to the analysis of samples such as bipolar polysaccharide liposome. Conclusion This method can significantly improve the speed and accuracy of quantitative analysis of liposome image morphology.
