天津科技大学天津市制浆造纸重点实验室李德品等人,以丙烯酰胺(AM)和季铵盐型阳离子单体为反应单体,在(NH4)2SO4水溶液中,用分散聚合法合成了固含量高、黏度低、稳定性好、溶解速度快的分散型阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)乳液。对分散剂、阳离子单体、引发剂种类进行了选择,探讨了降低聚合过程中表观黏度的措施,并用红外光谱(FT-IR)测试仪、激光粒度仪对产物进行分析。结果表明,合成CPAM的适宜方案为:以聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵

The choice of dispersant, cationic monomer and initiator was investigated. The measures to reduce apparent viscosity in the polymerization process were discussed.
