自《直销管理条例》和《禁止传销条例》颁布并实施以来,我国直销已正式步入了法制化轨道。在这一环境下,各直销企业面临按两个条例规范市场经营和转型的问题。然而,企业对两个条例能否有正确的理解,却成为行业永续发展的主题。这里发表中国工商企业法律咨询中心直销法律咨询办公室副主任余泓江的《立法后的中国直销》一文,望能为我国直销企业在学习和落实两个条例提供帮助。
Since the promulgation and implementation of the “Direct Selling Management Regulations” and the “Prohibition of MLM Regulations”, direct sales in China have officially entered the legal system. Under this circumstance, direct selling companies face the problem of regulating the market operation and transformation according to two regulations. However, whether companies have a correct understanding of the two regulations has become the subject of sustainable development of the industry. Here is the article entitled “China’s Direct Selling after Legislation” by Yu Jianjiang, deputy director of the Direct Legal Consultation Office of the China Industrial and Commercial Enterprises Legal Consultation Center, which hopes to help China’s direct selling companies to learn and implement the two regulations.
