教学反思是教师以自己的职业活动为思考对象,对自己在职业活动过程中所做出的行为以及由此产生的结果进行审视和分析的过程,其实质就是理解与实践的对话。教学反思不是简单的教学回顾,而是一种通过提高参与者的自我觉察水平来促进能力发展的途径。
Teaching introspection is that teachers take their own professional activities as the object of thinking. The essence of the process of examining and analyzing the behaviors that they make in the process of professional activities and the consequent results is the dialogue between understanding and practice. Reflective teaching is not a simple teaching review, but a way to promote the development of competence by increasing the level of self-awareness of participants.
