目的以加味生化汤的药效模拟为例,建立中药复方的RBF神经网络药效学预测模型。方法基于正交设计和RBF神经网络,提出了中药复方药效模型,以加味生化汤的实验数据对模型精度进行了验证和评价。结果自检验和留一法检验的线性相关系数分别为0.944、0.846。结论所建模型可以对复方不同组合进行药效模拟,可为进一步实验验证提供参考,在寻找中药复方有效组分,并探讨以有效组分为处方进行中药复方二次开发模式方面具有良好的应用前景。
Objective To simulate the effect of Jiawei Biochemical Decoction as an example to establish the pharmacodynamic prediction model of RBF neural network of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription. Methods Based on orthogonal design and RBF neural network, the compound pharmacodynamic model of traditional Chinese medicine was proposed. The model accuracy was verified and evaluated by experimental data of Jiawei Biochemical Decoction. The linear correlation coefficients between the results of self-test and the one-leave test were 0.944 and 0.846 respectively. Conclusions The model can be used to simulate the pharmacological effects of different combinations of compound prescriptions and provide reference for further experimental validation. Looking for the effective components of traditional Chinese medicine compounds and exploring the effective application of the effective components as prescriptions for the secondary development of traditional Chinese medicine compounds prospect.
