一百多年来,西方绘画名家辈出、流派纷呈,呈现百花齐放之态.但其中也有些新锐作品,看了让人一头雾水——既没有美感,也不能引起观者的情感反应.这类作品算不算是艺术呢?rn笔者觉得绘画作为艺术应该具备两点:一是能给观者以美的享受,即能激发起观者大脑内愉悦中心神经元的兴奋;二是能引起观众在情感上的反应(如共情).时至今日,这两种反应都可以借助于脑科学里常用的技术手段进行检测,从而对于“一些现代绘画算不算是艺术”的问题有了一个科学判定方法.本文中,笔者将介绍科学家对不同时期和风格的作品的一些研究.
