对仙桃、广水、恩施3市的6~15岁儿童进行间接荧光抗体试验(IFAT)及带虫率调查。结果表明,IFAT阳性率分别为1.89%、0.76%、0.37%;带虫率分别为0.27%、0、0。IFAT的阳性率明显高于带虫率。结果提示,在低疟区,由于传染源尚未完全根除,低年龄组人群免疫力低厂,因此,必须加强重点人群(疟疾病人、流动人口)的管理,防止疟疾暴发流行。
Indirect fluorescent antibody test (IFAT) and parasitic rate survey were conducted on children aged 6-15 years in Xiantao, Guangshui and Enshi cities. The results showed that the positive rates of IFAT were 1.89%, 0.76% and 0.37%, respectively; the rates of parasitism were 0.27% and 0,0 respectively. The positive rate of IFAT was significantly higher than that of the worm. The results suggest that in the low malaria area, because the source of infection has not yet been completely eradicated and the immunocompromised population in the lower age group is low, the management of key populations (malaria patients and floating population) must be strengthened to prevent the outbreak of malaria.
