人类文明的年轮已经进至21世纪,风险社会下多元经济因子的碰撞与对抗,使本来处于弱势地位的消费者保护其权益的处境更加艰难;加之市场经济在中国方兴未艾,人类共同体也面临前所未有的信仰危机,商业伦理濒临沦陷。面对这样一种时代征象,考量商业伦理的正当性已为重塑商业伦理之社会信仰地位的重要理路,在此基础上,才能再探究消费者权益保护语境下的商业伦理构建进路。
The growth of human civilization has entered the 21st century. The collision and confrontation of diversified economic factors in a risk-oriented society make it harder for consumers who are already in a disadvantaged position to protect their rights and interests. In addition, the market economy in China is in the ascendant and the human community is facing unprecedented challenges The crisis of faith, business ethics on the verge of falling. Faced with such an age sign, considering the legitimacy of business ethics has been an important way to reshape the position of social belief in business ethics, we can explore the way of constructing business ethics under the protection of consumers’ rights and interests.
