2012年春,我们大力推进以“建立教学新范式、追求质量新高度”为目标的课堂教学改革。首先做的事是深入课堂,了解课堂现状。经过广泛听课,我们发现原有的课堂存在很多问题:教师方面,对学生了解不够,在备课和教学中忽视了学情。重教轻学,以“灌输”为主。只考虑如何教,不敢放手或组织学生自主、探究、合作学习。重知识传授,轻情感态度的培养。缺乏教后的再思考,对教学中的得失不能及时总结,不能为日后制定有效措施。学生方面,学习依赖性强,等、靠、拿思想严重。畏难、厌学情绪突出。怕动脑,随意性强。学习习惯差,自学能力差。经过多次研究与外出考察,我们确立了改革的基本理念:“以发展学生素质为根本,以促进教师专业成长为
