近年来,高等职业教育规模与速度得到迅猛发展的同时,高职院校输出的人才与企业需求存在差距,其人才培养质量却令人担忧。本文研究可以为校企文化互动视域下的校园文化建设提供理论支持,进一步丰富和完善提高高职学生质量的理论体系,提升高职院校校园文化建设的理论研究层次。以“校企文化互动”来提高高职学生的培养质量,使之符合企业对人才的素质要求,系统阐述了校企文化互动模式的依据和具体实现途径,并对实施校企文化互动的政策性条件支持作了系统分析.
In recent years, with the rapid development of the scale and speed of higher vocational education, there is a gap between the output of qualified personnel and the demand of enterprises in higher vocational colleges. However, the quality of personnel training is worrying.
