目的观察健神抗衰片(由人工虫草菌丝体、玄驹、西洋参等组成)抗衰老、调节免疫、改善记忆等药效作用,并与天然冬虫夏草配成的复方制剂比较其作用。方法将小鼠分为生理盐水对照组、衰老模型组、冬虫夏草对照组、健神抗衰片高、中、低剂量组,进行抗脂质过氧化、调节免疫、改善东莨菪碱致记忆获得障碍试验。用药28d,测全血MDA、SOD、GSH-Px,血清IL-1、IL-6、IL-8及DTH、PFC和巨噬细胞吞噬功能。测定体重、胸腺重、脾重并计算其脏器系数。观察跳台试验错误次数。结果健神抗衰片降低MDA含量明显,升高SOD、GSH-Px活性,增加胸腺重量及系数,提高IL-1、IL-6、IL-8水平及三项免疫指标水平,减少小鼠的跳台错误次数;尤以高、中剂量组更为明显,与衰老模型组比较,具有显著的统计学意义;多数指标改善程度优于复方虫草对照组。结论用人工虫草菌丝体代替野生冬虫夏草组成的健神抗衰片能通过抗脂质过氧化、调节免疫、改善记忆起到抗衰老作用。
Objective To observe the effects of anti-aging, immunity modulation and memory improvement of Jianshen Kangxi Tablets (composed of Cordyceps mycelia, Xuanzang, and American ginseng), and to compare their effects with those of natural Cordyceps sinensis compound preparations. METHODS: Mice were divided into normal saline control group, aging model group, Cordyceps sinensis control group, and high-, middle-, and low-dose groups of Jianshen Kangxi Tablets. Anti-lipid peroxidation, immune regulation, and scopolamine-induced memory impairment were tested. 28 days after administration, whole blood MDA, SOD, GSH-Px, serum IL-1, IL-6, IL-8 and DTH, PFC and macrophage phagocytosis were measured. Body weight, thymus weight, and spleen weight were measured and their organ coefficients were calculated. Observe the number of platform trial errors. Results: Jianshen Kangxi Tablets decreased MDA content, increased SOD, GSH-Px activity, increased thymus weight and coefficient, increased IL-1, IL-6, IL-8 levels and three immune indicators, reduced mice The number of platform error errors; especially in the high- and middle-dose groups was more obvious, and compared with the aging model group, it had significant statistical significance; the majority of indicators improved better than the compound Cordyceps control group. Conclusion The use of Cordyceps mycelium instead of wild Cordyceps sinensis in the anti-aging effect of anti-aging effect can be achieved by anti-lipid peroxidation, immune regulation and memory improvement.
