针对现有掘进工作面超前钻探钻孔方位角和成孔轨迹无保障、地质构造探测不准确,钻进深度较短,成孔直径较小,其探测效率较低的问题,研制了一套适用于掘进工作面超前长钻孔的钻探装备及工艺,有效提高掘进工作面超前钻探孔钻进效率及钻孔精准度,减小工人劳动强度,增加地质构造钻探探测的准确性,降低掘进成本,在提高巷道掘进速度的同时,能消除和避免掘进巷道突出危险。
