新春将至,盛会如约。1月19日,黑龙江省政协十届四次会议的召开,拉开了东北三省“两会”的大幕。辽宁、吉林和黑龙江三省的“两会”期间,人大代表和政协委员们议报告,说发展,共同勾画东北未来发展的美好前景。特别是2011年,三省的《政府工作报告》都绘制了怎样的美好蓝图?作为“十二五”的开局之年,2011年三省能否接过“十一五”时期东北经济强劲发展的接力棒?能否为“十二五”起好步,开好局,同心聚力再谱新篇?
