跨文化交际的顺利进行,除了取决于交际双方对彼此语言的掌握外,更取决于双方之间文化知识互相了解的程度。中外合作办学班英语教师在教学中要加强中国文化及英语表达吸收,不仅要有知彼的文化观,更要培养知己的文化意识,让外语与母语相互取长补短、相互促进,培养具有较强跨文化交际能力的复合型人才。
