原位鳞状细胞癌(squamous cell carcinoma in situ,SCCIS)或鲍恩病是一种癌前病变,但可以发展为浸润性鳞状细胞癌(SCC)。发生在足趾间的SCCIS非常罕见,目前仅有数例病例报道。因为SCCIS的临床表现很容易与足癣或湿疹混淆,易引起误诊。此外,由于特殊的解剖特点,在治疗上也受到一定的限制。作者报道1例足趾间的SCCIS,并成功采用改良Mohs显微外科手术(MMS)和刃厚皮移植术(STSG)进行治疗。
Squamous cell carcinoma in situ (SCCIS) or Bowen’s disease is a precancerous lesion but progresses to invasive squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). SCCIS occurs in the inter-toe is very rare, only a few cases reported. Because of the clinical manifestations of SCCIS can easily be confused with athlete’s foot or eczema, easily lead to misdiagnosis. In addition, due to the special anatomical features, there are some limitations in the treatment. The authors reported 1 case of intervertebral SCCIS and were successfully treated with modified Mohs microsurgery (MMS) and blade thickness skin grafting (STSG).
