对不同来源的10个品种的黄瓜种子低温下萌发研究结果表明,种子萌发最敏感的低温是13~15℃。在此温度范围内,不同品种黄瓜种子发芽率有显著差异。低温萌发过程中,POD活性均呈曲线变化,有一高峰出现,并且按高峰出现时间的早晚划分成3种类型。高峰出现早的品种,其种子发芽率高,萌发速度快;反之,发芽率低,萌发速度慢。低温抑制了POD活性,减少了POD同功酶条带和强度。
The results of germination studies on cucumber seeds from 10 different cucumber sources at different temperatures showed that the most sensitive low temperature for seed germination was 13-15 ℃. In this temperature range, different varieties of cucumber seed germination rates were significantly different. During the process of low temperature germination, POD activity showed a curve change, with a peak appeared, and divided into three types according to the peak appearance time. Early peak appeared varieties, the seed germination rate is high, germination rate; the other hand, low germination rate, germination rate is slow. Low temperature inhibits POD activity and reduces POD isoenzyme bands and intensities.
