目的:研究附子、干姜、黄连、大黄对正常大鼠能量代谢的影响。方法:Wistar大鼠80只,随机分为空白对照组、附子组、干姜组、黄连组、大黄组,分别给予生理盐水、附子水煎液、干姜水煎液、黄连水煎液、大黄水煎液灌胃给药20d后,检测各组动物的摄入能、消化能、可代谢能。结果:附子组摄入能、消化能、可代谢能与空白对照组、干姜组、黄连组比较升高明显(P<0.05),黄连组与空白对照组相比有一定的降低趋势,但无统计学意义。结论:附子对实验动物的能量代谢有一定的促进作用。
Objective: To study the effects of aconite, dried ginger, berberine and rhubarb on energy metabolism in normal rats. Methods: Eighty Wistar rats were randomly divided into blank control group, aconite group, dry ginger group, Coptis group and rhubarb group.
