为建立面向复杂产品制造的供应商候选库,以更好地应对客户个性化的需求、抵御各种可能的风险,提出两阶段供应商选择策略。第一个阶段复杂产品制造商通过云制造平台从长远合作的角度应用双边综合满意度最大化评价法(MTSS)进行供应商的初选。第二阶段对第一阶段筛选得到的候选供应商进行再次评价和甄选,过程中考虑了采购不同部件组合所产生的协同效应的影响,针对协同效应值的确定和供应商评价分别设计了部件组合协同效应确定算法和供应商选择算法。最后通过实例验证了选择过程和方法的有效性和实用性。
In order to establish a supplier candidate database for manufacturing complex products, a two-stage supplier selection strategy is proposed to better meet the individual needs of customers and to resist various possible risks. In the first phase, complex product manufacturers applied the comprehensive satisfaction satisfaction maximization (MTSS) approach to vendor primaries from a long-term perspective through cloud manufacturing platforms. In the second stage, the candidate suppliers screened in the first stage are re-evaluated and selected. The process considers the influence of the synergistic effect caused by the procurement of different parts and components. The part combination is designed according to the determination of the synergistic effect value and the supplier evaluation Synergistic effect determination algorithm and supplier selection algorithm. Finally, an example is given to verify the validity and practicability of the selection process and method.
