上个世纪80年代末,当第一批来到青岛开发区考察的韩国人,拽着绳子荡舟离开开发区时,他们着实为刚刚起步的开发区搞招商引资捏了一把汗。青岛开发区的老领导蔡可卿回忆起当时的情景依然感慨万千;时过境迁,同样是韩国投资商,对今天的青岛开发区已是赞不绝口。面对韩国在上个世纪90年代初开始的数十万家制造业企业陆续向中国转移的重大机遇,青岛开发区积极应对。
In the late 1980s, when the first Koreans who visited Qingdao Development Zone drew their ropes and left the development zone, they really did a bit of sweat in attracting foreign investment in the newly-started development zone. Qingdao Development Zone, the old leader Cai Keqing memories of the scene was still filled with emotion; the passage of time, the same investors in South Korea, Qingdao Development Zone today is full of praise. Faced with the significant opportunity that South Korea shifted to China in the hundreds of thousands of manufacturing enterprises that started in the early 1990s, Qingdao Development Zone responded positively.
