为了确定袋形缝合术(Spence手术)治疗女性尿道憩室的效果,作者在本文中回顾了1977～1986年间积累的经验。共有尿道憩室病人57例,平均年龄43岁(21～79岁)。平均随访时间60±33个月(4～108个月)。所有病人经阴道分娩平均3次(1～5次)。中段尿培养菌落>10~5者37例。主诉排尿困难和疼痛者19例,尿频者12例,压力性尿失禁(SUI,I级)者11例,均有性交困难。排尿后滴尿者9例,触及阴道肿块者5例。排尿后尿道流尿者3例,肉眼血尿2例。尿道周围脓肿者1例。排泄性膀胱尿道造影38例中确诊
In order to determine the effect of pocket suture (Spence surgery) on the treatment of female urethral diverticula, the author reviews the experience accumulated between 1977 and 1986 in this article. A total of 57 patients with urethral diverticulum, the average age of 43 years (21 to 79 years old). The average follow-up time was 60 ± 33 months (4 to 108 months).
