Prolkssor JIN Jingchang, who died peacefully on 28 January 2OOO, was an initiator of Urban Planning in China. He early studies Civil Engineering in Tongji University (1932-1937), and followed by a further studies in Germany (1938-1946). Returning home, as a talented planner, he has devoted himself to the development and education of Urban Planning in China. His name has been well known within Architecture and Urban Planning circle in China. He is also a talented photographer, amateur but professional, and JIN Shisheng is the pen name used for his photography. He founded the Chinese photography magazine, Fluing Eagle, in 1930’s, his pen name has been well known within photography circle in China. The photos in this serial’s covers are some of his works selected from JIN SHISHENG: PHOTOS 1930 1998(1999), and the frontal commemorative articles are written by some of his students. 提出了一种利用随机图的地理视频流解析方法,用于对地理视频中的运动要素进行相关性分析。利用运动要素在时空上的相关性和连续性,得到一种反映视频流中运动要素空间关联的时序结构,提供了一个将语义信息与运动信息有效整合的思路。实验证明,该方法不仅能够动态、直观地描述地理视频流中运动要素的空间关系,而且为地理视频场景的语义描述提供了新的思路。
