目的 探讨脉压 (PP)、C -反应蛋白 (CRP)、同型半胱氨酸 (Hcy)与冠心病、高血压病 (EH)的关系。方法 回顾性分析 15 0例曾接受冠状动脉造影的患者 ,测量血压 ,检测血清CRP、Hcy浓度及其他生化指标 ,比较冠心病组和非冠心病组中PP、CRP、Hcy的差异。结果 15 0例患者中 ,冠心病 79例 ,非冠心病 71例 ,冠心病组、非冠心病组PP分别为 (6 2 .4 6± 14 .17)mmHg、(4 7.0 2± 12 .0 1)mmHg(P <0 .0 1) ;血清CRP浓度分别为 (12 .0 3± 7.0 7)mg/L、(4 .83± 6 .2 6 )mg/L(P <0 .0 1) ;血清Hcy浓度分别为 (30 .4 2± 16 .6 0 )mol/L、(16 .6 2± 11.39)mol/L(P <0 .0 1)。同样高血压病患者与非高血压病患者的PP、CRP、Hcy差异有显著性 ,高血压病患者高于非高血压病患者。结论 PP、CRP、Hcy与冠心病、高血压病相关 ,参与了冠心病、高血压病的发生和发展
Objective To investigate the relationship between pulse pressure (PP), C - reactive protein (CRP), homocysteine (Hcy) and coronary heart disease (CHD) and hypertension (EH) Methods A total of 150 patients who had undergone coronary angiography were retrospectively analyzed. Blood pressure, serum CRP, Hcy concentrations and other biochemical parameters were measured. The differences of PP, CRP and Hcy between coronary heart disease and non-coronary heart disease were compared. Results Among 15 0 patients, 79 cases were coronary heart disease and 71 cases were non-coronary heart disease. The PP in coronary heart disease group and non-coronary heart disease group were (62.46 ± 14.17) mmHg, (4 7.02 ± 12.0) 1) mmHg (P <0.01). Serum CRP concentrations were (12.0 ± 7.07) mg / L and (4.83 ± 6.26) mg / L, respectively ). Serum concentrations of Hcy were (30.42 ± 16.60) mol / L and (16.6 ± 11.39) mol / L, respectively (P <0.01). There was also a significant difference in PP, CRP and Hcy among hypertensive patients and non-hypertensive patients. Hypertensive patients were higher than non-hypertensive patients. Conclusion PP, CRP and Hcy are involved in coronary heart disease and hypertension, and are involved in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease and hypertension
