传统的学徒到现代的学徒制,是技术的传承,也是教育的传承。本文从现代学徒制的内涵入手,以现代学徒制人才培养模式的鲜明特点为主线,总结了拥有生产性实训基地的高职院校对现代学徒制的应用过程。实践证明,现代学徒制的应用深化了校企合作,促进了学校内涵发展,提升了学生的教育质量、实践操作能力及对社会的适应力,提升了教师的技能水平、开发课程的能力,同时提升了校企双方对社会的贡献力。
