目的采用低温溶液聚合的方法,将乙酰谷酰胺在稀盐酸中聚合。方法在聚合的不同阶段,记录从投料后到粘度稳定的时间t,用纯氨中和至聚合溶液pH为7.5~8.5。结果反应中多余的盐酸对乙酰谷酰胺聚合反应体系的表观粘度、聚合物的比浓对数粘度有一定的影响。结论在聚合反应过程中除去多余的盐酸后,可以生成比浓对数粘度在2.0以上的聚合物,这对以后提高类似药品的聚合性能提供了借鉴方法。
