目的:使氯化钠注射液含量测定方法受控。方法:根据JJF1059-1999计量技术规范,对滴定法测定氯化钠注射液含量的不确定度进行评定。结果:分析和量化各不确定度分量,并合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度(K=2)。结论:滴定液的体积不确定度是主要的不确定度来源。
Objective: To control the content of sodium chloride injection. Methods: According to JJF1059-1999 measurement technical specifications, the uncertainty of titration determination of sodium chloride injection was evaluated. Results: The uncertainty components were analyzed and quantified and the standard uncertainty and expansion uncertainty were combined (K = 2). Conclusion: The volumetric uncertainty of titrant is the main source of uncertainty.
