加味厚朴温中汤对脾虚湿阻证大鼠血浆醛固酮及血清钠和钾离子的影响

[目的]从水电解质的代谢和调节方面探讨加味厚朴温中汤治疗脾虚湿阻证大鼠的机制。[方法]建立脾虚湿阻证大鼠模型,按正常对照(正常)组、不造模给药组、模型组、自然恢复组、加味厚朴温中汤低、中、高剂量(低、中、高剂量)组7组,分别检测每组大鼠血浆醛固酮(ALD)以及血清Na+、K+浓度。[结果]与正常组比较,模型组ALD显著升高、K+显著降低(均P<0.01),血清Na+无明显变化;经加味厚朴温中汤治疗后,ALD显著下降、K+明显升高(均P<0.01),且比自然恢复组更迅速,Na+无显著性差异。不造模给药组与正常组比较,各指标差异均无统计学意义。[结论]脾虚湿阻证与水电解质代谢紊乱关系密切,加味厚朴温中汤治疗脾虚湿阻证的机制可能与其调节水电解质代谢有关。 [Objective] To explore the mechanism of Jiawei Houpu Wenzhong Decoction in treating spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome rats through the metabolism and regulation of water electrolyte. [Methods] A rat model of spleen deficiency and dampness was established. According to the normal control (normal) group, non-modeling drug administration group, model group, natural recovery group, modified Miaopu Wenzhong Tang low, medium and high dose (low, medium High-dose group 7 groups were tested for plasma aldosterone (ALD) and serum Na+, K+ concentrations in each group. [Results]Compared with the normal group, the ALD was significantly increased in the model group, K+ was significantly decreased (all P<0.01), and serum Na+ had no significant changes; after treatment with Jiawei Houpu Wenzhong Decoction, ALD decreased significantly, and K+ increased significantly ( All P <0.01), and more rapid than the natural recovery group, Na + no significant difference. There was no statistically significant difference in each index between the unmodeled group and the normal group. [Conclusion] Spleen deficiency dampness syndrome is closely related to the disturbance of water and electrolyte metabolism. The mechanism of Jiawei Houpu Wenzhong Decoction in treating spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome may be related to regulating water and electrolyte metabolism.
