１９９２年４月第二次ＴＭＪ外科国际共识会议在阿根廷布宜诺斯·爱丽斯召开。会议反映了９０年代早期国际口腔颌面外科医师委员会有关当今ＴＭＪ手术的状况，它既不是终结，也并非起始，而是在治疗ＴＭＪ紊乱的道路上又迈出了一步。本文旨在能激励各组织和成员去追求并遵从本文中所提及的指标，当然，对现有的观点及将来的发展趋势尚需不懈的思索，同时应尽可能将已掌握的特殊的技能传授于他人。
April 1992 Second International Conference on TMJ Surgery Consensus was held in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The meeting reflected the status of the International Committee of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in the early 90s regarding the current TMJ surgery. It was neither an end nor a start, but a further step on the path to TMJ disorders. This article aims to inspire organizations and members to pursue and comply with the indicators mentioned in this article, of course, the existing views and future trends still need to relentless thinking, should be as far as possible have mastered the special skills Teach to others.
