第一次挑战:将散伙的企业聚成团 1990年11月11日,是傅先喜难忘的一个日子。那时,傅先喜刚从宜昌市工业学校进修回来,秭归县造纸总厂厂长的担子落到了他的肩上。当他走马上任时,没想到迎接他的竟是这样一幅景况:企业亏损137万余元。200多吨纸躺在仓库里睡大觉无法销出去,机械设备破破烂烂无法运转,250多名工人拿不到工资被迫走出厂门去卖茶水。 面对这样一个破烂摊子,傅先喜在第一次职工大会上,面对250名工人。作出了实施“三不少—搞饱”的庄严承诺:国家税收、银行利息、电费不少交;工人拿到工资吃饱饭。即便是这样一个最基本的目标,仍然搏得工人经久不息的掌声。
