本文对柠檬酸钠方法还原的银溶胶形成的微聚集体进行了表面增强拉曼(SERS)研究。通过表面等离子体成像以及SERS成像对该聚集体上的表面增强拉曼活性进行讨论。实验证明该聚集体具有较强的拉曼增强能力。对探测分子1H-1,2,3-triazolo[4,5-b]pyridine(TzPy)的检测浓度达到10-6mol/L,信噪比(S/N)为6左右。
In this paper, surface-enhanced Raman (SERS) studies of micro-aggregates of silver sol reduced by the sodium citrate method were performed. The surface-enhanced Raman activity on this aggregate is discussed by surface plasmon imaging and SERS imaging. Experiments show that the aggregates have stronger Raman enhancement ability.
