长春地辛（Vindesine．VDS）是一种新的半合成的抗肿瘤植物药，其结构与长春花碱类似，抗癌措较广，作用比VLB及VCR均强，且与这两种药无交叉耐药性，我院于1993年10月～1994年6月应用杭州民生制药厂研制的西艾克（VDS）治疗晚期肺癌55例，现将可评价的34例临床结果报道如下。1
Vindesine (VDS) is a new semi-synthetic antitumor plant drug. Its structure is similar to that of vinblastine. Its anti-cancer measures are broader and its effects are stronger than both VLB and VCR. In cross-resistance, in our hospital from October 1993 to June 1994, 55 patients with advanced lung cancer treated with Xidix (VDS) developed by Hangzhou Minsheng Pharmaceutical Factory were reported. The 34 clinical results that can be evaluated are reported below. 1
