目的探讨钦州口岸不同生境蚊类分布,确定蚊类防控的重点。方法用灭蚊磁捕捉成蚊,用捞勺法捕捉蚊幼虫,计数、鉴定,并作相关分析。结果成蚊旧营盘村为349只,码头作业区为120只,码头仓储区为216只。3个不同生境的成蚊总数分布差异有统计学意义(χ~2=93.87,P<0.005);3个不同生境的蚊幼虫的3种指数大体呈现出相同的规律,即先逐月升高,再下降。结论钦州口岸蚊类防控重点是口岸周边的居民生活区,白纹伊蚊是钦州口岸优势蚊种,白纹伊蚊的防控,对黄热病,登革热,以及基孔肯雅热等虫媒传染病的防控都有重要意义。
Objective To explore the distribution of mosquitoes in different habitats in Qinzhou Port and to determine the key points of prevention and control of mosquitoes. Methods Mosquitoes were used to capture adult mosquitoes, scavenger mosquito larvae were scooped by scoop method, counted, identified and analyzed. Results The old mosquito camp was 349, the wharf operation area was 120 and the wharf storage area was 216. The distribution of adult mosquitoes in three different habitats was significantly different (χ ~ 2 = 93.87, P <0.005). The three indices of mosquito larvae in three different habitats generally showed the same pattern , Then drop again. Conclusion The focus of mosquito control in Qinzhou port is the residential area around the port. Aedes albopictus is the dominant mosquito species and Aedes albopictus in Qinzhou port. The control of yellow mosquitoes, dengue fever and chikungunya Prevention and control of vector-borne diseases are of great significance.
