目的了解潍坊市市县两级疾病预防控制机构卫生应急队伍人才资源状况,为制订卫生应急人才培养及人才引进提供科学依据。方法自行设计卫生应急队伍状况调查表,结合2017年疾控年鉴编制工作对全市卫生应急工作人员的学历、职称及年龄构成等情况进行统计分析。结果 2017年全市共有在职卫生应急人员350人,占全市疾控机构在职人员的39.59%,比例偏低;市级疾控机构学历组成及职称组成较县级机构为高,县级疾控机构高素质卫生应急人才严重缺乏,但年龄结构优于市级疾控机构。结论 潍坊市疾病预防控制机构卫生应急人员数量相对不足,整体状况不容乐观,需从政策层面制订相应的人才引进措施和激励机制,提高全市卫生应急队伍的整体水平。
Objective To understand the status of human resources of health emergency teams in cities and counties at county and city levels in Weifang, and to provide a scientific basis for formulating health emergency personnel training and talent introduction. Methods A questionnaire on health contingent contingent was designed by ourselves. According to the compilation of the yearbook of disease control and control in 2017, the author conducted a statistical analysis of the education level, professional titles and age structure of health emergency workers in the city. Results In 2017, there were 350 in-service health emergency personnel in the city, accounting for 39.59% of the total in-service personnel in the CDC of the city, with a low proportion. The educational background and professional titles of municipal CDC institutions are higher than that of county-level agencies and CDC A serious shortage of quality health emergency personnel, but the age structure is superior to municipal CDC. Conclusion Weifang Disease Control and Prevention agencies are relatively lack of health emergency personnel, the overall situation is not optimistic, we need to formulate corresponding policies and incentives for the introduction of talent to improve the overall level of the city’s emergency response team.
