目的 探讨bcl- 2和bax蛋白在大肠癌表达及其与肿瘤发生、浸润及预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组化催化信号放大系统(CSA)检测 90例大肠癌bcl- 2和bax蛋白的表达状况。结果 大肠癌组织bcl- 2阳性率显著高于正常大肠粘膜组织 (67.8%比36 .7% ,P <0 .0 5) ;bax蛋白表达阳性率显著低于正常大肠粘膜组织 (43 .3 %比 66 .7% ,P <0 .0 5)。结论 大肠癌组织中有不同水平的bcl- 2蛋白高表达和bax蛋白的低表达 ,两者通过参与调节细胞凋亡而与大肠癌的发生及化疗效果有关 ,但与大肠癌病理类型、浸润程度、临床分期及患者生存状态无关。
Objective To investigate the expression of bcl-2 and bax protein in colorectal cancer and its relationship with tumorigenesis, invasion and prognosis. Methods The expression of bcl-2 and bax protein in 90 cases of colorectal carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical catalysis amplification system (CSA). Results The positive rate of bcl-2 in colorectal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal colorectal mucosa (67.8% vs 36.7%, P <0.05), the positive rate of bax protein was significantly lower than that in normal colorectal mucosa (43.3% Than 66.7%, P <0.05). Conclusion The high expression of bcl-2 protein and the low expression of bax protein in colorectal cancer tissues both relate to the occurrence of colorectal cancer and the effect of chemotherapy by participating in the regulation of cell apoptosis. However, they are correlated with the pathological type, degree of infiltration , Clinical stage and the existence of patients has nothing to do.
