通常情况下,使用膨胀剂制备补偿收缩混凝土需要在脱模后进行充分的湿养护,至少保证一周内表面湿润。本文介绍了一种适用于室外地坪的特种流态补偿收缩混凝土,它无需湿养护,只要覆盖1天塑料薄膜即可。超塑化剂(PA/SPA)是一种分子结构中嵌入具有减缩功能化学基团的聚脂类减水剂。水泥水化时液相pH值上升,减缩化学基团从超塑化剂分子结构中释放出来,降低毛细孔表面张力。这种表面张力变化有助于提高掺氧化钙类膨胀剂混凝土的限制膨胀。正是这种附加功能,使得无湿养护条件下也可以制备流态补偿收缩混凝土。本文介绍了一个不设伸缩缝不湿养护浇筑800m2室外无缝混凝土地坪工程案例。
Normally, the use of an expansive agent to prepare shrink-compensating concrete requires adequate wet curing after demolding, at least for one week. This article describes a special fluid-compensating shrink-fit concrete for outdoor floors that does not require wet curing as long as it covers a day’s plastic film. Superplasticizer (PA / SPA) is a kind of polyester superplasticizer embedded in the molecular structure with a reduction of chemical groups. Cement hydration pH value of the liquid phase increases, reducing the chemical group released from the molecular structure of superplasticizer, reducing capillary surface tension. This change in surface tension helps to limit the expansion of the concrete with calcium oxide-based expansive admixtures. It is this additional feature that makes it possible to prepare fluid-compensated shrink-able concrete without wet curing. This article describes a non-expansion joints without wet conservation pouring 800m2 outdoor seamless concrete floor project case.
