利用血凝技术对不同抗性棉种及不同发育阶段棉籽血凝活性测定表明:棉花种子血凝活性的强弱与品种抗枯萎病性强弱呈正相关;抗病棉株花粉的血凝活性比感病品种强,抗、感品种未受精的胚珠的血凝活性无明显差异;棉种形成过程中,30天前抗、感品种的血凝活性无明显差异;30天后抗病棉种血凝活性增强,感病品种减弱;棉花凝集素贮存在种子子叶和胚中。
The results of hemagglutination assay showed that the hemagglutination activity of cotton seed was positively correlated with the resistance to the fusarium wilt of cotton cultivars with different resistant varieties and different developmental stages. There was no significant difference in the hemagglutination activity of the unfertilized ovules between the susceptible and the susceptible cultivars. No significant difference in the hemagglutination activity of resistant and susceptible cultivars was observed 30 days before the cotton was formed; Activity increased, susceptible varieties weakened; cotton lectin stored in seed cotyledons and embryos.
