研究阿萨伊对虚热证、虚寒证大鼠生物学表达特征的影响。SD大鼠分为空白组;虚热模型组,虚热模型加黄柏组、加阿萨伊高、低剂量组;虚寒模型组,虚寒模型加肉桂组、加阿萨伊高、低剂量组;采用每日肌肉注射地塞米松磷酸钠、氢化可的松琥珀酸钠1次、连续21 d的方法制备大鼠虚热模型、虚寒模型;通过放免法检测环核苷酸(cAMP,cGMP),内分泌激素(T3,T4,r T3)指标变化;通过比色法检测代谢(TP,UA,TC,TG,ALB)指标变化。虚热阿萨伊高剂量组能降低血清中cAMP,cAMP/cGMP值(分别P<0.05,P<0.001);虚热阿萨伊高剂量组均能显著降低T3,T4,r T3值(分别P<0.01,P<0.001,P<0.05);虚热阿萨伊高剂量组均能显著降低TP,UA,TC,TG,ALB值(分别P<0.001,P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.01);阿萨伊对虚寒模型作用不明显。阿萨伊同黄柏一致,表现出对虚热模型大鼠的调整作用;与肉桂相反,对虚寒模型大鼠的指标纠正不明显。该文从同类比较、异类反证角度验证了理论推导的阿萨伊中药寒凉药性。
To study the effects of Acai on the biological characteristics of rats with Deficiency of Heat Syndrome and asthenospermia syndrome. SD rats were divided into blank control group, hypothermia model group, Hypothermia model plus Treats group, Acacia high and low dose group; Deficiency model group, Deficiency model plus cinnamon group, Acacia high and low dose Group; daily intramuscular injection of dexamethasone sodium phosphate, hydrocortisone sodium succinate once a day for 21 days to prepare the rat hypothermia model, Deficiency model; detection of cyclic nucleotide (cAMP, cGMP) and endocrine hormones (T3, T4, r T3). The changes of the indexes of metabolism (TP, UA, TC, TG and ALB) were detected by colorimetric method. Hypothermia Acai high dose group can reduce the serum cAMP, cAMP / cGMP values (P <0.05, P <0.001, respectively); Hypothermia Acai high dose group were significantly lower T3, T4, r T3 (P <0.01, P <0.001, P <0.05, P <0.05, P <0.05, P <0.05); Hypothermia Acai high dose group could significantly reduce TP, UA, TC, <0.05, P <0.01); Acai on the Deficiency model is not obvious. Assay consistent with the cork, showing the adjustment effect of heat deficiency model rats; and cinnamon, on the index of the Deficiency model rats to correct. The article verifies the cold-cool medicine of Acai Chinese medicine deduced from the same kind of comparison and heterogeneous evidence.
