本文是针对某厂1600吨浮动轴钢坯剪切机的机架振动问题,在先后三次测试分析的基础上写下的部分专题总结。对剪切机的液压平衡系统进行了动态过程分析,求得与实测示波图基本相符合的液压波动方程及计算公式。应用中值定理对减振效应作了验证;应用广义中值定理推导出冲击振动的公式。对剪切机存在的“墩刀”振动现象作了动态分析,並导出动荷系数的解析式,为解决“墩刀”振动问题和新的改进设计提供了理论依据。
This article is for a factory 1,600 tons of floating shaft billet shearing machine rack vibration problems, on the basis of three times the test has been written on the basis of some of the thematic summary. The hydraulic balance system of shearing machine was analyzed by dynamic process, and the hydraulic wave equation and calculation formula were found to be in accordance with the measured oscillogram. The effect of vibration damping was verified by applying median value theorem. The formula of shock vibration was derived by using the generalized mean value theorem. The dynamic analysis of the phenomenon of “pier cutter” vibration existing in the shearing machine is derived and the analytic formula of dynamic load coefficient is deduced. This provides a theoretical basis for solving the vibration problem of pier cutter and the new improved design.
