Total installed capacity of power generation in 2006: 620 million kW; 1) New installed capacity: 110.0455 million kW, of which hydropower was 14.357 million kW, accounting for 13.05% and thermal power being 95.6878 million kW, accounting for 86.9%. 2) In the newly-added thermal power generating units, 158 units of 300,000 kilowatts and above are equipped with 72.765 million kilowatts, accounting for 76.04%, of which 84 are 300,000 kilowatts and 26.555 million kilowatts, accounting for 36.5%; and those with 600,000 kilowatts and above Set, 46210000 kW, accounting for 63.5%. 3) The three major boiler plants produce power boilers: 178 units and 71,665,000 units
