目的 本项研究旨在对本次干预活动进行评价 ,从而了解干预效果 ,发现问题 ,及时采取更有利的方式方法 ,进一步强化干预效果。方法 对青海省两所预防吸烟试点学校通过一个多学期的多种形式干预后 ,采用系统整群抽样法 ,共调查了 52 0名学生 ,经筛选微机输入 4 68份问卷进行数据处理。结果 两所学校的吸烟率从 3 4 1 4 %下降到 2 3 93 % ,统计学分析表明 ,P <0 0 5,有显著性差异 ;两所学校中 58 55%的学生参加过学校控烟活动 ;学生对吸烟引起的疾病以及香烟对人体的危害的认识有显著性改变 ;吸烟学生中有 2 9人改变了吸烟的恶习 ,占尝试吸烟学生的 2 5 89%。结论 在学生中开展健康教育 ,使学生学会自己教育自己 ,自己管理自己的方法 ,是预防中学生吸烟最有效、最重要的手段之一。
Purpose This study aims to evaluate the intervention to understand the effects of interventions, identify problems and take timely and more beneficial ways and means to further strengthen the effectiveness of interventions. Methods Two groups of smoking prevention schools in Qinghai Province adopted a multi-sectoral intervention and adopted a systematic cluster sampling method. A total of 52 0 students were surveyed, and 468 questionnaires were input by screening computers for data processing. As a result, the prevalence of smoking in both schools dropped from 3414% to 2393%. Statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference at P <0.05; 58.5% of the two schools participated in school tobacco control activities There was a significant change in students’ awareness of the diseases caused by smoking and the harm of cigarettes to the human body. 29 of the smokers changed the habit of smoking, accounting for 25 89% of the students who tried smoking. Conclusions It is one of the most effective and important measures to prevent middle school students from smoking by carrying out health education among students, enabling them to learn to educate themselves and how to manage themselves.
