领导全心努力投入及热诚,是企业最大鼓动力,与员工互动沟通,对同事尊重,才可建立团队精神。一人才难求,对具备创意、胆识及审镇态度的同事,应给予良好的报酬和显示明确的前途。商业的存在除了创造繁荣和就业,最大作用是服务人类的需要。企业是为股东牟取利润,但应该坚持为固定文化,这是经营的其中一项成本,也是企业长远发展最好的途径。一个有使命感的企业家,应该努力坚持走一条正途,这样我相信大家一定可以得到不同程度的成就。
Leading the wholeheartedly devoted efforts and enthusiasm, is the greatest motivation of the enterprise, interacting with employees, respect for colleagues, to establish teamwork. It is hard to find a qualified man and his colleagues who are creative, courageous and audacious should be given good remuneration and show a clear future. In addition to the existence of business to create prosperity and employment, the greatest role is to serve the needs of mankind. Enterprises are making profits for their shareholders, but they should stick to a fixed culture. This is one of the costs of doing business. It is also the best way for the long-term development of an enterprise. A mission-oriented entrepreneur should strive to stay on the right track so that I believe everyone will surely achieve a certain degree of success.
