峰头水库位于云霄县境内漳江上游,坝址在马铺乡峰头村附近。控制流域面积333km~2,坝高64.4m,库容1.77亿m~3,现有发电装机11500kW,1986年底建成,是一座以灌溉为主,结合发电、防洪、供水等综合利用的大型水库,是漳州南部地区控制性蓄水的骨干水利设施。1985年2月成立水库管理局,副处级单位,现有在编职工92人。水库管理局根据几年蓄水运行管理实践,增建左岸电站装机5000kW,右技改电站装机4000kW,在管理上引进先进科学管理技术,积极开展综合经营,年发电量2700万kWh,年产值达800万元,为云霄、东山两县16万亩耕地提供可靠水源,减少下游洪水灾害,解决了受益区居民和工业的用水和用电,社会效益显著。 Fengtou reservoir is located in the upper reaches of the Zhangjiang River in Yunxiao County, dam site near the village of Maotou Fengtou. The control basin area is 333km ~ 2, the dam height is 64.4m and the storage capacity is 177 million m ~ 3. The existing power generation installed capacity is 11500kW, built at the end of 1986 and is a large-scale reservoir integrated with power generation, flood control and water supply. According to several years of reservoir operation management practice, the reservoir management authority will increase the installed capacity of 5000kW for the left bank power plant and 4000kW for the right power station, introduce advanced scientific management techniques in management and actively carry out integrated operation. The annual power generation capacity will reach 27 million kWh and the annual output value 800 million yuan to provide reliable water sources for 160,000 mu of cultivated land in Yunxiao and Dongshan counties and reduce flood disasters in the downstream so as to solve the problems of water and electricity consumption for residents and industries in beneficiary areas and notable social benefits.
