当前企业面临的挑战越来越大,为了谋取企业自身不断发展壮大,除了需要引进先进的技术和人才之外,思想政治教育同样不容忽视。尤其是面对当前自媒体环境,企业员工更应该端正自己的态度,养成良好的思想道德品质,并且能够及时端正自己的思想态度,这样才能利于整个企业的建设。本文根据自媒体环境的特点,分析当前企业如何进行思想道德教育,并且阐述针对性建议。
At present, enterprises are faced with more and more challenges. In order to seek continuous development and growth of their own businesses, ideological and political education can not be ignored except for the need to introduce advanced technologies and talents. Especially in the face of the current self-media environment, employees should correct their attitudes and develop good ideological and moral qualities, and be able to promptly correct their own attitudes, so as to benefit the construction of the entire enterprise. Based on the characteristics of self-media environment, this article analyzes how to carry out ideological and moral education for current enterprises and elaborates the pertinent suggestions.
