分层教学理念古已有之,如“因材施教”“量体裁衣”等,但由于教学方式、学生素质以及评价机制等原因,分层教学的效果未能充分体现。但分层形态理念的科学性毋庸置疑,其采取的是因材施教的形势,能为教学效果的获取提供了保障。只是在实践这一方法时出现一定问题,如缺乏对体系公平性的理解、学界缺乏对实践教学的研究等等。本文主要分析了初中英语开展分层作业的有效性,以期为今后在初中英语中实行分层教学打下基础。
The concept of hierarchical teaching has existed for centuries, such as “teaching students in accordance with their aptitude” and “tailor-made”, but the teaching effectiveness, the quality of students and the evaluation mechanism have not fully demonstrated the effectiveness of the teaching in different levels. However, there is no doubt about the scientific nature of the concept of stratified forms. It adopts the situation of teaching students according to their aptitudes and can provide guarantee for the acquisition of teaching effects. Only in practice this method has some problems, such as the lack of understanding of the fairness of the system, the lack of academic research on practical teaching and so on. This paper mainly analyzes the effectiveness of stratification in junior middle school English in order to lay a foundation for the future implementation of stratified teaching in junior high school English.
