本文用放射受体分析法研究了促甲状腺素释放激素(TRH)对失血性休克大鼠心脏帷α、β和多巴胺(DA)受体的影响。结果显示,失血性休克大鼠心脏α和β受体最大结合数(Bmax)下降,亲和力降低,DA受体Bmax下降,亲和力变化不大。TRH(5mg/kg)可增加失血性休克大鼠心脏β和DA受体的数量,同时可提高率β受体的亲和力,对α-肾上腺素能受体影响不大。结合以前的实验结果,提示TRH增数调节休克动物心血管系统肾上腺素能及多巴胺受体,提高肾上腺素能受体的亲和力可能是TRH增敏这些受体发挥抗休克作用的重要机制
In this paper, the effects of thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH) on α, β and dopamine receptors in the heart of hemorrhagic shock rats were studied by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the maximum binding number (Bmax) of α and β receptors in hemorrhagic shock rats decreased, the affinity decreased, the Bmax of DA receptor decreased, and the affinity changed little. TRH (5 mg / kg) increased the number of β and DA receptors in hemorrhagic shock rats, and at the same time increased the affinity of β receptor, but had little effect on α-adrenergic receptor. Combined with previous experimental results, suggesting that TRH increased the number of cardiorespiratory system regulation of adrenaline and dopamine receptors, increased adrenergic receptor affinity may be TRH sensitization of these receptors play an important anti-shock mechanism
