为了提高全光相位调制器的信号解调性能,进行信号解调系统设计,针对当前的线性检波解调方式容易导致输出增益失真的问题,提出全光相位调制器的信号解调系统设计方法。系统包括了交流放大设计模块、滤波器模块、检波器模块、积分器模块、输出级阻抗匹配模块和调制解调模块等,两路全光相位调制信号经过放大、滤波、阻抗变换处理后送入A/D进行采样,采用差分放大模式进行交流放大,采用二阶级联检波方法进行信号检波设计,通过耦合自动增益控制实现失真补偿,提高信号的调制解调性能。系统调试结果表明,信号解调系统输出信号的滤波特性较好,峰值较高,调制信号输出的码元的误码率降低。
In order to improve the signal demodulation performance of the all-optical phase modulator, the signal demodulation system is designed. In view of the problem that the current linear demodulation method easily causes distortion of the output gain, a signal demodulation system design method of the all-optical phase modulator is proposed. The system includes the AC amplification design module, the filter module, the detector module, the integrator module, the output stage impedance matching module and the modulation and demodulation module, etc. The two-way all-optical phase modulation signal is amplified, filtered and impedance transformed A / D sampling, the use of differential amplification mode for AC amplification, the use of second-order cascade detection method of signal detection design, by coupling automatic gain control to achieve distortion compensation, improve the signal modulation and demodulation performance. The results of system debugging show that the output signal of the signal demodulation system has better filtering characteristics and higher peak value, and the bit error rate of the symbol output by the modulation signal is reduced.
