目的:咖啡因能够抑制肿瘤细胞的生长,同时有增强其他抗癌药物的协同作用,但其机制不详,本课题从胶质瘤干细胞生物活性入手,研究咖啡因对胶质瘤干细胞的抑制作用。方法:利用胞培养,细胞增殖,肿瘤形成及迁移,免疫荧光染色等方法对咖啡因对肿瘤干细胞的生物活性进行研究。结果:实验证实咖啡因能够抑制胶质瘤干细胞的活性,降低细胞增殖速度,降低肿瘤干细胞的成瘤性,降低其侵蚀能力。结论:咖啡因能够抑制胶质瘤肿瘤干细胞的生物活性,从而在脑胶质瘤的治疗中发挥作用。
Objective: Caffeine can inhibit the growth of tumor cells and enhance the synergetic effect of other anticancer drugs. However, its mechanism is not clear. This topic starts from the biological activity of glioma stem cells to study the inhibitory effect of caffeine on glioma stem cells. Methods: The biological activity of caffeine on cancer stem cells was studied by cell culture, cell proliferation, tumor formation and migration, immunofluorescence staining and so on. Results: Caffeine was found to inhibit the activity of glioma stem cells, reduce the rate of cell proliferation, reduce the tumorigenicity of tumor stem cells and reduce their erosion ability. Conclusion: Caffeine can inhibit the biological activity of glioma tumor stem cells and play a role in the treatment of glioma.
