我院1987～1993年收治阴茎癌8例,采用改进的阴茎部分切除术,疗效满意,现报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料:本组8例,年龄46～59岁,平均年龄48.5岁,均已婚。病程:自出生后一直是包茎,阴茎头部有菜花状肿块,分泌物有恶臭味和排尿不畅3个月～一年不等。二、病例选择:凡阴茎癌局限于龟头、冠状沟缘及包皮内板处,未浸润到阴茎海绵体,“岗哨淋巴结(sentinel lymph node)”活检阴性的病例均列入本组。
