2011年以来,“家庭保健项目”在我国5个项目省(市)12个项目地区开展第二周期的项目活动,有力推动了当地卫生保健事业的创新和发展。其中,家庭保健服务特定活动针对各项目地区保健服务的特点和服务对象的需求,对特定人群进行了有关健康教育、健康咨询和健康检查方面的多项富有意义和价值的保健服务活动。本文通过对家庭保健服务特定活动模式进行系统梳理和总结,旨在为家庭保健项目的可持续发展提供经验证据和支撑材料,并为其他类似国际合作项目提供科学、规范、有效的项目运行模式和参考经验。
Since 2011, the “Family Health Care Project” has carried out the second-phase project activities in 12 project areas in 5 project provinces (cities) in our country, which has promoted the innovation and development of local health care. Among them, the family health service specific activities targeted various groups of health services, health counseling and health checkups on a number of meaningful and valuable health care activities in response to the needs and characteristics of health services in each project area. This paper systematically sorts and summarizes the specific activities of family health services to provide empirical evidence and supporting materials for the sustainable development of family health care projects and provide scientific, standardized and effective project operation modes for other similar international cooperation projects.
