绩效考核是人力资源工作中的重要模块,已经在企业管理中得到广泛认同和运用,成为验证组织以及员工效率和效能的有力手段。然而,并不是每个企业都能够有效的应用绩效考核,这与企业的战略、文化、管理等实施条件密不可分,本文对绩效考核在国有企业实践中遇到的一些问题和难点进行分析,有针对性地提出了几点解决措施,使绩效考核更切合于企业实际,更有利于促进企业发展。
Performance appraisal is an important module in the work of human resources, which has been widely accepted and used in the management of enterprises. It has become a powerful means to verify the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization and staff. However, not every enterprise can effectively apply the performance appraisal, which is closely related to the implementation of the strategy, culture and management of the enterprise. In this paper, some problems and difficulties encountered in the performance appraisal of state-owned enterprises are analyzed. There are Proposed several solutions to address the performance appraisal more in line with the actual business, more conducive to promoting business development.
